SUNDAY WORSHIP at 11am The Key Biscayne Community Church began in 1952 as the first church on the small island of Key Biscayne, Florida, just southeast of Miami. We are a part of the United Church of Christ, a major Protestant denomination whose beginnings date back to the Pilgrims and the founding of the USA. We operate a Day School for children 1-1/2 through 4 year olds.(pre-Kindergarten) (305) 361-7501 We live up to our name by being active in all Community Activities. We believe worship should be joyfully intelligent,providing various choices for praising the living God. We urge "Freedom of Choice" in all issues. No matter where you are on life's journey You are welcome in the United Church of Christ. Special guests include: Veterans, American Legion Members, its Axillary and Sons of the American Legion. Special music with orchestra and choir. Aug 23: "Angel" Sunday" 11am On this Sunday before our public schools begin their fall session, we celebrate our children and send them back with an "angel on their shoulder", reminding them that our prayers and God is always with them. Sep 27: Blessing of our Pets 10am You are invited to bring your pet for this special day of recognition. Oct 24 Halloween Fest in the Village Green Fun for all ages, sponsored by our DaySchool Nov 22: Thanksgiving Sunday 11am Special music highlights this service celebrating our Pilgrim history.
